Chief Executive Officer / Principal Officer
Raymond has a wealth of experience both in Pensions, Fund Management and Investments having started his pensions career in the Employees Benefits Department at the then First Mutual Life Assurance Society of Zimbabwe (now AFRE )in 1998 before joining the Employee Benefits department of AON Zimbabwe in 1999. He later changed the career field and joined MBCA Bank’s Asset management subsidiary MBCA Capital in 2002 as a trainee Research/Investment Analyst in 2002 where he gained most of his extensive experience in Fund management and investments. He was promoted to Fund Manager in August 2004, and was in charge of a portfolio of more than 20 Pension Funds, corporate and individual clients. He continued to rise through the ranks and became Senior Fund Manager in 2006 a position where he was the Head of Investment Research and Strategy Department. He later joined Fidelity Life Assurance of Zimbabwe in 2008 as Chief Investment Officer and was posted to Zambia to run Cavmont Asset Management, a subsidiary of Fidelity Life before coming back in November 2009 to spearhead Fidelity Life Asset Management (Zimbabwean subsidiary of Fidelity Life). Raymond later joined Motor Industry Pension Fund in July 2010 as the Fund Manager/Principal Officer before being elevated to the position of Chief Executive Officer/Principal Officer in July 2011. Raymond holds a Master of Business Administration degree majoring in Financial Services, Bachelor of Applied Sciences Honours degree majoring in Applied Mathematics and a Certificate in Marketing Management.
Francis T. Zindere
Francis is responsible for the Finance, Investment, and Human Resources functions of the Fund. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators and a Registered Public Accountant. Has vast experience spanning over 30 years in Accounting, Investment and Property Management and Banking gained with different organisations in the Financial Services sector which include Standard Chartered Bank, the then First Mutual Life Assurance Society of Zimbabwe (now Afre) and Motor Industry Pension Fund.
Pensions Administration Executive
Munyaradzi has been exposed and drilled in all facets of pensions administration, benefit claims, payroll and customer liaison. His career dates back to 2002 when he joined Local Authorities Pension Fund as Pensions Payroll Administrator. In 2005 he was posted to the benefit claims department were he was elevated to become the section Head until October 2008. In November 2009, he joined Motor Industry Pension Fund as a Senior Administrator and was elevated in March 2010 to the position of Pensions Administration Officer (Manager). In July 2011 Munyaradzi was elevated to the position of Pensions Administration Executive. Munyaradzi holds a Master in Business Administration degree and HND in Pensions.
